Welcome to Ravn Performance Nutrition.

My name is Siri (yes, like the phone) and I am a sports performance nutritionist (MS, CNS, LDN, RD, CISSN) dedicated to helping athletes fuel smarter, perform stronger, and recover better, no matter their sport. I specialize in translating evidence-based nutrition into practical strategies that support real athletes in real situations, from daily training to high-pressure competition. My work includes experience with elite-level performers as well as youth, collegiate, and masters athletes. I’ve supported individuals and teams across a wide variety of sports, tailoring nutrition plans to meet the unique demands of each discipline and each athlete.

 

I’m passionate about creating a supportive, empowering environment where athletes can learn the why behind what they eat. Through one-on-one coaching, team presentations, and interactive workshops, I help athletes build sustainable fueling habits that support peak performance and long-term health.

 

Whether building a high-performance nutrition program, looking for athlete-focused education, or seeking individualized guidance, I’m  excited to collaborate and support athletes at every level :)
